This is going to be a super quick post. Breakfast - Ezekial Golden Flax cereal with skim milk and blueberries
Lunch - spinach and red bell pepper with garlic hummus, 1 slice mulitgrain bread with Teddie unsalted peanut butter and a sprinkle of ground flaxseed
Snack - 1 string cheese and a baggie of green grapes
Dinner was supposed to be at 7 but it ended up being at 9 and I couldn't last that long so I had a handful of white cheddar cheez-its
Dinner - ginger chicken and veggies with brown rice from a Thai restaurant
Dessert- (unpictured) a small slice of carrot cake
I also did Wii Fit Yoga today after work. Time for bed now.
