Today I didn't accomplish much. After going to bed at 3:30 AM, I ended up sleeping all morning. And I mean all morning because I woke up at just about 1 PM. Lunch was breakfast: omelet (1 egg + 2 whites, spinach, feta), 1 slice toast with Teddie unsalted p.b., and a bowl of watermelon.
My hips were pretty sore from my long run yesterday so I took it easy today. Does anybody remember these dvds that Mcdonalds was giving away when they first started those fancy salads? Well I have them and pulled them out from the dust LOL. I don't have many workout dvds and I didn't really feel like doing the Wii so I did the 15-minute strength, cardio, and core dvds.
Dinner was a big bowl of whole wheat spaghetti with sauce and parmesan cheese followed by some green beans with almonds. Then later on I snacked on some carrots with garlic hummus.
It's been a lazy day. Tomorrow we are headed up to NH for my boyfriend's grandpa's 85th bday. Goodnight
